Jack Reall is still working for the Columbus Fire Division. He has been promoted to Battalion Chief and is still serving the Columbus Fire Fighters Union as its President, a position he was nominated for on September 11, 2001. He travels throughout the world training first responders on stabilizing collapsed buildings for victim rescue. He still serves as a rescue team manager with Ohio Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue Team. He and his wife, Brenda have a son, Bryce who was 12 at the time of the disaster.
